GRIEF/HOPE explores the themes of grief, the self and hope. It is inspired by a short story I wrote about love and loss, which reflects my deeply personal journey. One that I believe many people can relate to.
The narrative illustrates how grief doesn't simply vanish; instead, it becomes an integral part of who we are as we navigate through life.
Grief is not necessarily a destructive emotion. In fact, it is through this grief that we can fully experience other emotions, particularly hope. When we delve into the depths of our sorrow, we inevitably reach a point where we must hope for change.
